2. Products and Services
Mood Co LAB provides digital marketing resources, including Lab Reports, Capsules, Elements, and consultancy sessions.
 All products are digital only and provided via instant access.
 Consultancy sessions may be included depending on the product purchased.
All purchases through Mood Co LAB are one-off transactions. No subscription or recurring payments apply.
3. Pricing and Payments
  • Payment methods accepted: Debit card, Credit card, PayPal.
  • Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at checkout.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing is confirmed at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1 Digital Products (Capsules and Elements)
  • Due to the instant access to our intellectual property, all Capsules and Elements are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4.2 Lab Reports and Consultancy Sessions
  • Refunds for Lab Reports and consultancy sessions are discretionary. Mood LAB may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds depending on how much work has been completed.
  • No refunds will be provided for Course Capsules, Lab Reports or consultancy sessions unless expressly agreed by Mood Co LAB.
  • Consultancy sessions require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Payment for consultancy is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 7 working days of the meeting. If you miss your booked slot without providing at least 24 hours' notice, Mood LAB is not obligated to offer a replacement. Rebooking may be offered at our discretion, but it is not guaranteed.
5. Usage and Licensing
  • All Mood Co LAB resources are licensed to the purchasing business only.
  • Capsules and Elements may be used across multiple brands operated by the same business, but may not be shared, distributed, or resold to other businesses, clients, or third parties.
  • Lab Reports are specific to the purchasing brand only and may not be reused or applied to other businesses or teams.
  • No part of Mood Co LAB’s products may be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
  • Mood Co LAB provides marketing tools and resources for self-serve application.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results, growth, or revenue.
  • What you choose to do with the tools is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
  • Mood Co LAB is not responsible for any financial loss, legal issues, or operational consequences arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • By purchasing from Mood Co LAB, you agree that you are responsible for the implementation and outcome of the strategies and tools provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
